About me

I'm a UX strategist, researcher, information architect and service designer specializing in simplifying and enhancing complex systems and services. My expertise lies in identifying and applying research insights to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.

I’m an avid problem solver and wayfinder who excels in projects that require deep dives into specialized subject matter or ambiguous problem spaces. I strive to transform challenging or routine tasks into engaging experiences, leveraging human-centric practices and intrinsic motivators to achieve practical results, aligning business goals with the needs of end users.

Driven by a passion for science and emerging technology, I'm looking for lead roles where I can further expand my diverse skill set and contribute to meaningful projects.

I help develop UX strategies for teams & projects, which includes establishing foundational tools & processes, guiding design teams & ensuring solutions align user needs with business goals.

UX research

I conduct mixed methods research, which may include field research,  moderated & unmoderated interviews, usability tests, discovery workshops with key stakeholders & benchmarking surveys.

Design innovation

I apply research insights & the science of perception, learning & motivation to develop novel concepts & express them through intricate data visualizations, wireframes & interactive prototypes.

Complex problem solving

My strength lies in understanding human needs & motivations & building systems that complement them. I delve deep to dissect, analyze & offer solutions to the most challenging problems.

Content strategy & UX writing

Words matter. I navigate content strategy with a user-first mindset & often find myself diving into the nuances of writing. I believe in using precise language & employing storytelling to shift perspectives.

Interdisciplinary insights

My eclectic mix of knowledge & interests, from ecology & epidemiology to games & immersive tech, enriches my UX approach. I view problems through myriad lenses & continually embrace new opportunities to learn.
